GO4FIT provides 1 on 1 training and small group training (2-4 persons) either at the Wellbeing Centre in Station St., Saltburn or outdoors. The training takes the form of mini circuits i.e. 4 all round body exercises per circuit and is tailored to the needs of the individual or group. Harry believes that circuits are the most effective for calorie burning and body toning. The exercises are functional, making use of both cardio equipment and weights, power bags, medicine balls and kettlebells which means they often mimic everyday activities so making life's tasks easier to perform with more endurance and strength.

GO4FIT caters for the outdoor enthusiast with running or power walking and outdoor exercises utilising the environment.

No, not the great Chris Rea song, but GO4FIT sessions on the beach every Sunday morning. What a great way to get fit by getting down to the beach with like minded people and enjoying a workout in the fresh bracing Saltburn air.

The sessions for a small charge of £2.50, include a group warm up, power walking and various exercises utilising the environment for the upper body and lower body.

Indoor rowing is a great all round body work out and if you are competitive provides a world wide racing programme with regional, national and international competitions. Whether you are interested in racing or just want to improve your technique why not have a one on one session with Harry who is a Concept 2 qualified rowing instructor.

 

 

The chances are that if you have never been given any instruction in technique then you will more than probably improve with some qualified coaching. Learn how to use your legs and arms to the best effect, how to recover and breathe. Do you know that every Concept rower is different even when set on the same resistance, learn about the 'drag factor' and how to view and set it up. Learn how to get the most out of the monitor and if required get some training schedules to follow. A one hour session will cover all of this and more.
