I have been training with Harry since May 2004 and during this time I have always found him to be very professional.

From the onset he has taken into consideration my age, fitness level, medical conditions and personal goals and devised a personal programme in line with these criteria. He is very careful to ensure that I work within my capabilities and that I perform the exercises correctly and safely. The training sessions are always interesting and varied and designed to gradually increase my fitness and overall health.

Harry has a strong awareness of health and safety and individual needs, while always offering encouragement to progress and improve.

I have been a client of Harry Simpson's for 2 years. When i first started working with Harry I was out of shape, unfit, and generally unhappy with myself.

Harry has always been very professional. He constantly measures my heart rate to ensure that I'm not over doing things but he does push me on and encourages me to give just that little bit more.Harry plans each session so it is never dull, we are always doing something different.

The sessions are also fun and I look forward to going.

In the past when I join a gym it has always been the same pattern with me, in the beginning I am always very enthusiastic but after i while I start to find it dull. Usually after about 4 to 6 months I stop going. This has been my pattern for years until I started working with Harry. I cant believe that I am still enjoying my regular sessions after 2 years. I feel so much healthier, fitter, my body is much more toned, I have much more energy and I feel happier. I Believe that regular exercise with Harry helps me to cope

with a stressful job and a very busy life style and has really improved my life.

Since attending individual and the beach training sessions with GO4FIT, I have noticed the significant positive differences it has made to me physically and mentally.

I am fitter, stronger, more toned and have more energy. My blood pressure, BMI and body fat have all lowered. I really enjoy working with Harry. The sessions are always different, motivating, well organised and fun. I know they are structured with my fitness, co-ordination, health and safety in mind and are designed to push me further towards my goal.

As someone who always wanted to be fitter and used to subscribe but hardly ever go to the gym, I have discovered that by working with Harry I can persevere and make noticeable, positive changes to my body and self esteem.

I wish I'd signed up with Harry and GO4FIT sooner!

I took up training just a few weeks ago and I have found Harry to be very professional and also able to make training fun. He is always careful to take account of my age (over 60!) and capabilities (limited for an unfit beginner) while aiming to build my fitness and confidence.


His routines are always varied to increase different dimensions of fitness, and involve a range of apparatus from big bouncy balls, a rowing machine that swishes, making you feel you really are at sea, to the mantel-piece which adds a homely tone.


As well as the personal training, I really enjoy Harry's Sunday morning Saltburn beach fitness and power walking sessions, where he works with a small group, power walking and skipping along the beach, in full view of dog walkers, bird watchers and Sunday strollers. In Saltburn, Harry's training is definitely becoming 'Talk of the Town'.

I have Known Harry Simpson personally for over thirty five years, and in that time I have always been aware of his passion for sports, be it coaching competing or officiating.

He has always taken sports very seriously and has accumulated quite a few coaching and other sports related certificates to his name, plus he has a WEALTH of sporting achievements behind him.

I have in the past year, after not doing any exercise for many years, I've found Harry's beach sessions to be exhilirating and enjoyable. I found myself working out with lots of friendly and enthusiastic participants of all ages.

The work-outs are carried out in a controlled manner by Harry with light hearted banter but done in a very serious way, taking care that everybody enjoys the work-out but are never put under any unnecessary duress.
